It all started with a Christmas dinner—and the idea to rethink food. Today, it has become a vibrant hub for sustainable agriculture: our aquaponics competence center in Tramin.
Here, we integrate fish farming and plant cultivation into a closed-loop system that conserves resources, protects soil, and charts new directions. On our tours, you can experience what the future tastes like—from seedlings to finished salad, from insect feed research to aquavoltaics.
